Application route and eligibility
Start by identifying the awarding institution, intended academic session and exact course. Check your previous qualification against the programme’s subject and marks requirements, then confirm the assessment or selection route. Do not assume that rules for one degree apply to every course offered under the same university name.
Prepare your documents
- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and certificates for undergraduate applications.
- Qualifying-degree records and required subject evidence for postgraduate applications.
- An applicable entrance score, if the current programme requires one.
- Any category, domicile, migration, work-experience or equivalence record required by the institution.
- Clear scans in the file format and size specified by the official application portal.
Move through each stage deliberately
Record the closing date for the institution application, any assessment and any separate counselling registration. Review your submitted course, campus and mode before payment. Keep acknowledgements and reference numbers, and check whether a provisional offer has outstanding conditions.
Before accepting the offer
Confirm the programme title, awarding institution, duration, total fee, refund terms and date by which documents must be verified. If an agent or counsellor has made a promise, request the relevant written university policy. A Get My College enquiry does not complete an official application.
